Erin Thomas

Erin Thomas is a commercial real estate advisor, investor, educator, and team leader specializing in multifamily and retail investment properties throughout Northeast Ohio. As the founder of The ET Team and a commercial advisor with KW Commercial, Erin has built her business around helping investors identify opportunities others overlook through strategic underwriting, market knowledge, and relationship-driven dealmaking.

Since entering real estate in 2019, Erin has quickly established herself as one of the region's leading investor-focused brokers, earning recognition as a multi-year KW Platinum agent and recipient of the Crexi Platinum Award. She was also the first commercial real estate agent featured in Cleveland Real Producers — a reflection of the impact she has made in a relatively short time in the industry.

Erin's expertise spans multifamily portfolios, retail centers, value-add investment opportunities, and off-market acquisitions. Known for her sharp underwriting skills and transparent communication style, she works closely with investors ranging from first-time buyers to experienced operators and syndicators. Her approach blends deep financial analysis with practical execution, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

In addition to brokerage, Erin is an active real estate investor herself, owning multifamily and retail assets while also participating in renovation and value-add projects throughout Northeast Ohio. Her hands-on investing experience allows her to advise clients from an owner's perspective — not just a sales perspective.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Erin frequently teaches commercial real estate classes, speaks on panels across multiple states, and coaches newer agents on investment analysis, lead generation, and commercial deal flow. She is also the co-founder of GRID Cleveland, a rapidly growing investor networking and education community focused on connecting investors, agents, and industry professionals through real conversations and actionable strategies.

Erin is currently pursuing her CCIM designation and is an active member of organizations including CREW Network, BNI, and Women's Council of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Erin is a wife to Brian, a triathlete and Ironman and owner of Berg Property Management, which was created to vertically integrate their businesses. She's a mother of two boys and as a family they enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, and building a life centered around family, freedom, and long-term legacy.
